The aim of this study was compare different ways concurrent training on some biochemical and anthropometrics in older women. . Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study in which 40 healthy female were randomly divided into 4 groups, endurance- resistance training (1), resistance- endurance training (2), interval training (3), and control (4). The data analysis with one-way ANOVA showed that intra-session sequence order did not influence the adaptive response. Results: result suggested the experimental group after 8 weeks growth omentin levels, insulin, insulin resistance, WHR and BF no significant changes. However, observed a significant reduction in weight (p=0/017) (similarly in 3 experimental groups) and BMI (p=0/023), fasting glucose (p=0/023), Waist circumference (p=0/006) greater changes in the endurance-resistance and interval groups than the resistance-endurance group. Conclusion: Generally after 8 eight weeks of training do not showed significant reduction in plasma omentin, and significant decrease in weight, BMI, waist circumference and glucose. It seems that elderly people can use different types of combined training, especially endurance-resistance and interval training to control weight, reduce waist circumference, and reduce blood glucose levels.
